The environment was calm, with soft music and a pleasant aroma that helped me feel comfortable right away. The therapist was professional and made sure to focus on the areas where I had tension, especially my shoulders and back. The massage helped relieve my stress and loosen tight muscles. I felt much lighter and more refreshed afterward. The pressure used was just right not too strong and not too gentle.
