Treatment Booking & Cancellation Policy
To ensure proper scheduling and therapist availability, all treatment bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:
Cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the booking fee.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“No Show”) will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated subject to availability and management approval.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment session to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Product Return & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our wellness products and the natural ingredients used in our Ayurvedic preparations, all product sales are considered final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered.Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided after a product has been purchased and delivered.If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery together with clear photographs for assessment.
Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement product at our discretion.Product Shelf Life
Our herbal and Ayurvedic products are made using natural ingredients and may have a limited shelf life. Customers are advised to follow the storage instructions provided and use products within the recommended period.
